Vegan Ravioli Recipe with Vegan Sausage & Fennel
- 1 package Pasta Travola Plant-Based Sausage & Fennel
- 1 1/2 cup Canned Tomatoes
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- 10 Basil Leaves Fresh
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- 3 roma tomatoes
- In a saucepan, add your olive oil and cook your minced garlic and chilli flakes for 1-2 minutes
- Add your Roma Tomatoes and let cook for 10 minutes. Add your jar of tomatoes & basil and let cook for 15-20 minutes.
- While your sauce is cooking bring a pot of water to a boil to cook your pasta. Cook as per the package instructions.
- Strain your pasta- leaving some of your pasta water aside. Add your noodles to your sauce and serve!
Storage & Leftovers
Storing leftover vegan ravioli is a snap. Just pop them in an airtight container and toss them in the fridge to preserve those delicious flavors. They’ll keep well for a few days, and when you’re ready to enjoy them again, gently reheat in a pan with a smidge of butter or olive oil to maintain that delightful tenderness. Feeling adventurous?
