Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 250 grams noodles - I prefer spirals
- 2 carrots
- 4 celery stocks
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tbsp thyme - fresh is better
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley - 1 1/2 if it's dry
- 3/4 cup light cream
Instructions
- Step 1: Gather all your ingredients.
- Step 2: On medium heat, add olive oil, garlic and onions to a pot and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 3: Add in your chicken and cook until mostly white.
- Step 4: Add in your veggies and spices and let cook for another 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Step 5: Add your chicken broth and bring to a boil. Once boiled add in your noodles and cook for 10 minutes.
- Step 6: Reduce your heat to low and add in your cream.
