Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla
Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded Chicken
- 3 Green Onions - Sliced
- 1/3 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 8 Keto Tortillas
Instructions
- Add your shredded chicken, chopped green onions, buffalo sauce, cheese, and sour cream to a bowl. Mix until fully combined.
- In a large pan set your stove to low and place one tortilla on the bottom. Add a bit of cheese, and evenly coat your buffalo chicken mix over top (1/4 of recipe). Finish off with a bit more cheese and add your second tortilla on top.
- Let cook until the bottom tortilla starts to brown.
- Once cooked, flip your quesadilla over with a spatula and let cook until brown.
- Remove from heat, and cut into 4. Serve with extra sauce if needed!
