What is Buffalo Chicken Pizza?
Buffalo Chicken pizza isn’t made with buffalo; let’s get that straight first. Buffalo chicken pizza is made with buffalo sauce, which is typically a spicy orange-coloured sauce that is amazing on so many things, including pizza!
Buffalo chicken pizza can be topped with numerous different toppings and served with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

What Toppings are We Choosing?
When it comes to pizza, I am a believer that you can put whatever you want on top. So, with that being said, I baked my pizza with an oil olive mixture, buffalo chicken, cheese and tomatoes for this recipe.
Once the pizza was cooked, I added green onions, cilantro, blue cheese dressing and more buffalo sauce!
What Sauce Works Best?
Since buffalo sauce is already such a strong flavour, I didn’t want anything that was too crazy to compete with it.
I used an olive oil mixture made with garlic, salt & pepper for this recipe. This is enough to give the dough a delicious flavour without taking away from the buffalo sauce.
As mentioned earlier- ranch or blue cheese is an excellent option for dipping or drizzling on top!

Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Flatbread Pizza Crust
- 1/2 cup chopped chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 chopped avocado
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- salt & pepper
Optional
- cilantro
- green onions
- blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- First, mix olive oil, minced garlic & a sprinkle of salt & pepper in a dish
- chop up all your veggies & chicken and set them aside.
- Mix your buffalo sauce & chicken together in a bowl and set aside.
- On your cooked dough use a brush to spread your olive oil mixture onto the dough.
- sprinkle the majority of the cheese then add your tomatoes & chicken.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Once done add the remainder of your toppings and enjoy!
