10 Ultimate Healthy Fourth of July Snacks

Happy almost 4th of July! As a Canadian girl with a primarily US reader base, I thought it was necessary to pay homage to your national holiday!

 
This Fourth of July, why not try some amazing healthy recipes your friends and family will love! When it comes to the ultimate healthy fourth of July snack foods, I focused on snacks that had some sort of fruit or veggie in them.
 
I’ve got some savoury finds like toaster bruschetta and fruit salad with feta. It wouldn’t be Fourth of July without some red, white and blue spirit, so many of these snacks are themed after the American flag!
 
Lastly, since it will probably be 100 degrees out on July 4th, you’ll need to have some delicious fruit popsicles on hand for the kids (and adults), and I’ve got you covered!
