With the Christmas season right around the corner, it’s time to start thinking of delicious dishes to prepare over the holidays. If you’re looking to be diligent this holiday season I’ve got 15 recipes for a weight loss Christmas! All the recipes (excluding one) are under 150 calories, so you can feel good enjoying them with your friends & family over the holidays!

 

I’ve found 10 side dishes and/or appetizers & 5 healthy desserts for you to choose from! I made sure that the primary ingredient in these recipes was either a fruit or vegetable and wasn’t too excessive with fat or carbs.

If you’re going to try any of these recipes, I think this is my number 1 choice. It still has the classic potato but mixes in the cauliflower to help bring down those calories. Megan also uses greek yogurt & almond milk to get this recipe to have LESS than 1g of fat per serving! You really can’t go wrong with this recipe, so I highly recommend giving it a try!

For weight loss desserts, I decided to go with desserts that are primarily ingredient is fruit. Natural sugars will always be better than processed, so you can feel good about eating these throughout the holidays!
