Today we’re talking about this beautiful & easy easter appetizer board full of veggies, dips, and a bit of chocolate! This tray is ready in just 15 minutes & is the perfect addition to your Easter table! This recipe is vegetarian & can easily be made to be vegan.

When it comes to Easter-themed foods, I often associate them with desserts. Of course, most things are chocolate-covered and egg-shaped, but there isn’t really much out there for Easter appetizers!
When it comes to appetizers on a holiday, you also don’t want to spend hours trying to make something. With this recipe, you can cut everything the night before, so all you have to do is assemble the tray the day of!
Although I wanted to create something healthy, I still wanted a touch of traditional Easter in it, so queue the mini eggs! This is a simple touch your family & friends will love ( and you know they’ll be the first to go).
The other main character in this tray is the stemmed carrots; These weren’t the easiest to find but SO worth it! I cut down the stems so they weren’t as long and peeled the carrots to make them look Instagram-worthy!
To get everything to stay in place, I used a Tray instead of a board. This helps keep things from running off the side of the board and makes it much easier to transport.
Alternatives For This Recipe
For this recipe, anything can really be changed to fit your preferences. I chose vegetables I thought people would like best, but you can really add or change anything you’d like!
The same thing goes for the dressings. I decided to go with hummus and chipotle ranch, but you can do whatever you want! You can even go a little crazy and add a guac!
For the cheese addition, I went with a laughing cow because they’re all individually wrapped, so they would be easy for people to grab & if you have vegan friends, there’d be nothing touching.

Easy Easter Appetizer Board
- 1 cup radish
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup celery
- 10-12 stemmed carrots
- 1 sleeve of crackers
- 250g mini eggs
- 3/4 cup hummus
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing
- 9 triangles laughing cow cheese
- begin by slicing all your vegetables
- in two small mason jars add in your dips
- in the other two mason jars add in your mini eggs
- arrange everything on the tray as you wish & serve!
