Whipped Feta Dip with Honey & Pistachios
Ingredients
- 250g Feta
- 250g Light Feta
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Pistachios
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Add your cream cheese, feta, garlic, oil, and half your honey to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Once blended, remove and add to a serving dish.
- Chop your pistachios into small pieces. Drizzle the rest of your honey overtop and finish with your pitachios.
