How to Make No Bake Chocolate Granola Cups

Tips for Perfect No Bake Chocolate Granola Cups

Let’s Talk Substitutions

Okay, substitutions. Where to start? For your sweetener, you can use honey instead of maple syrup. Honey will actually help it stay together, butter, but I find maple syrup has the better taste. I used cashew butter for this recipe, but you can use any nut butter. Naturally peanut butter is usually a fan favourite! For your chocolate, I recommend sticking to dark or semi-sweet. Milk is great but it melts very quickly out of the fridge. For your toppings you can add whatever you want! Any crushed nuts, white chocolate, coconut flakes or just plain old chocolate will be delicious!
