Welcome back to another recipe by an amateur home cook. If I can do it, so can you!

We both know you’re kind of over the heat & humidity of summer and are looking for a refreshing way to cool off this summer. Today, we’re talking about healthy greek yogurt popsicles made with fresh blueberries & strawberry jam. This recipe will cost you a lot less than a pool and is a healthy alternative to traditional store-bought popsicles.
Â
Let’s talk about greek yogurt for a second. Using greek yogurt offers a lot creamier texture than using juice or water, aka, you’re left with a WAY better popsicle. The one problem I have with greek yogurts is the flavoured stuff I know you love is packed with sugar.
Â
The easiest alternative to making your once refined sugar-packed yogurt healthy is to get PLAIN greek yogurt and add some stevia. Stevia is a more natural sweetener and is equally as good.
Â
Now that we’re in the heat of the summer, blueberry season is upon us, so head over to your local berry patch, get some fresh blueberries and get ready to make some homemade popsicles for your kids (and yourself).
