Greek Yogurt Popsicles with Fresh Blueberries

we're talking about healthy greek yogurt popsicles made with fresh blueberries & strawberry jam. This recipe will cost you a lot less than a pool and is a healthy alternative to traditional store-bought popsicles.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 1/2 TBSP Stevia
  • 2 TBSP Strawberry Jam
  • 1 Container Fresh Blueberries

Instructions

  • Mix your greek yogurt & stevia in a bowl until completely combined
  • Take your popsicle moulds and line the sides with 1/6 of your jam (about 1/2 a tsp)
  • Fill your moulds alternating between greek yogurt and blueberries. It helps to tap your moulds on the table to avoid gaps.
  • Add your tops and set in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
