Tips for Perfect Air Fryer Tortilla Chips
- You aren't limited to plain old white tortillas! I used jalapeno cheddar tortillas for this recipe and they were delicious!
- Be sure to spread your tortillas out in your air fryer. A part of each tortilla should be touching the bottom of the air fryer.
- Be sure not to use too much oil! I use a brush to lightly sprinkle the oil overtop! You also shouldn't need to re-oil in between flipping them.
Let’s Talk Substitutions
 Given there are only three ingredients in this recipe, there isn’t much to substitute! You can use any oil of your choice. I go with olive oil since I’m Italian and it’s all we know. For the tortillas, you can also go with a corn tortilla if you’re gluten-free or looking for that Tostitos taste! I haven’t tried the keto tortillas for this recipe, but I’m sure it’s worth a shot to try.Â

I know there weren’t many substitutions, but there are endless options when it comes to what to serve with your air fryer tortilla chips! Two of my all-time favourite dips are my spicy edamame and kale dip and my black bean salsa dip (in the photo above). They are both packed with veggies, and both happen to be vegan-friendly. They make for the ultimate party snack everyone is going to love! I highly recommend pairing these with your air fryer tortilla chips for the perfect chips and dip night.Â

Air Fryer Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
- 3 Tortillas - Flour or Corn
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Begin by cutting your tortillas into three strips then into triangles.
- Add your triangles to your air fryer and lightly coat with olive oil.
- Cook at 400 for 3 minutes. Flip your tortillas over and repeat.
- Remove from your air fryer and lightly salt with sea salt right away.
- Serve with your favourite salsa or dip and enjoy!
