I think we can all agree that one of the best kitchen appliances to exist as been the air fryer. It allows us healthy-living guys and gals to enjoy some of our favourites while still being healthy and delicious! Today, we’re talking about air fryer tortilla chips- the perfect companion to your favourite dips and salsa! This super easy recipe is ready in 10 minutes or less, and is sure to be featured at your next gathering or snack time.

Let’s Talk Substitutions

 Given there are only three ingredients in this recipe, there isn’t much to substitute! You can use any oil of your choice. I go with olive oil since I’m Italian and it’s all we know. For the tortillas, you can also go with a corn tortilla if you’re gluten-free or looking for that Tostitos taste! I haven’t tried the keto tortillas for this recipe, but I’m sure it’s worth a shot to try.

What to Serve with Air Fryer Tortilla Chips

I know there weren’t many substitutions, but there are endless options when it comes to what to serve with your air fryer tortilla chips! Two of my all-time favourite dips are my spicy edamame and kale dip and my black bean salsa dip (in the photo above). They are both packed with veggies, and both happen to be vegan-friendly. They make for the ultimate party snack everyone is going to love! I highly recommend pairing these with your air fryer tortilla chips for the perfect chips and dip night.

Air Fryer Tortilla Chips

Air Fryer Tortilla Chips are a quick and easy snack made with just three ingredients: tortillas, olive oil, and salt. Simply cut the tortillas into triangles, lightly coat with oil and sprinkle with salt, then air fry for 10 minutes or less. Enjoy crispy, homemade chips in no time!

Cook Time 6 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tortillas - Flour or Corn
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Begin by cutting your tortillas into three strips then into triangles.
  • Add your triangles to your air fryer and lightly coat with olive oil.
  • Cook at 400 for 3 minutes. Flip your tortillas over and repeat.
  • Remove from your air fryer and lightly salt with sea salt right away.
  • Serve with your favourite salsa or dip and enjoy!
