Easy Drunken Noodle Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Package Wide Rice Noodles
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Thai Chillies
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 2 Cups Broccoli
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Carrot
- 2 TSP Brown Sugar
- 2 Handfuls Basil
- 2 TBSP Oyster Sauce
- 1 1/2 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 1/2 TSP Fish Sauce
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
Instructions
- Begin by marinating your thinly sliced chicken with ¼ tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of water for 15 minutes.
- Prep your sauce by mixing 2 tsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and ½ tsp of fish sauce.
- Add your minced garlic & Thai chillies with olive oil to a pan on medium and cook until aromatic
- Add in your sliced chicken and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Once your chicken is in begin boiling your water for your rice noodles.
- Add your veggies to your pan and let cook for 5 minutes.
- Add your sauce, basil and stir.
- Once your noodles are cooked, add your pan and stir ubtil combined.
- Serve and enjoy!
