This recipe is perfect for serving as an appetizer for a St.Patrick’s Day gathering or sending to school with your kids for a shamrock-inspired lunch! This is a great healthy option with only 5 ingredients & something you can make in just 5 minutes!
What is St. Patrick’s Day?
In Ireland, St. Patrick’s Day is to honour the death of their Patron Saint Patrick and is held on the 17th of March. St. Patrick’s Day here in North America is often associated with wearing green, bringing out shamrock & rainbow decorations, and having a party!
How to Make A Shamrock-Shaped Sandwich?
For this recipe, you want to choose a slightly bigger cookie cutter like the one I have above; however, if you already have one lying around- go for it!
