As you probably guessed, overnight oats are made the night before, chill in the fridge, and are ready to go by the morning! Most of these recipes only take 5-15 minutes to make and you save all that time in the morning! Oats are generally gluten-free, so you can feel good about enjoying a wheat-free breakfast! Most of these recipes are also adaptable to be vegan options since you can easily switch out milk for almond milk!
