How to Make Easy No Bake Chocolate Protein Balls

Tips for the Perfect No-Bake Protein Balls
- The biggest issue with Protein Balls? The texture often isn't the best. The way around that is to use oat flour instead of oat flakes! This allows for smooth protein balls that don't require any baking.
- Sometimes your mixture is a little too wet to mix. Add a couple tablespoons of oat flour in at a time until you get that desired consistency!
- Time to roll? I recommend popping your mixture in the fridge for a few minutes to help make your protein balls easier to roll.
Let’s Talk Substitutions for No-Bake Chocolate Protein Balls
So, first off. If you plan on making substitutions then I can’t guarantee your protein balls are going to taste as good. However, there are some substitutions you can make to still get a great result! If you don’t have any maple syrup on hand, then honey would be the next best thing. For flour, can go with an almond flour instead of oat. Do not substitute for flour or you will have to bake it! Lastly, looking to swap the milk? No worries! Oat milk or almond milk will work just fine!
