Vegetarian Pasta with Avocado Sauce

- 1 500g pasta
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp lemon
- 1 handful basil
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 15-20 cherry tomatoes
- 1 boursin herb & garlic cheese
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a blender mix together your avocado, garlic, milk, basil, parsley, lemon salt & pepper until completely smooth.
In a large pot begin boiling water, and cook pasta as per instruction on the packaging.
With 5 minutes left until your pasta is cooked- Add your sliced tomatoes to a saucepan and cook on medium-low.
Once your pasta is done- add your avocado sauce to the pan followed by your pasta.
