1/2 Onion - Diced 3 Minced Garlic Cloves 1 Package of Mushrooms 1 Chicken or Vegetable Cube 3 Cups Water ¼ TSP Thyme ¼ TSP Rosemary 1/4 TSP Salt 1 TBSP Flour

Begin by gathering your ingredients. Dice your onions, mince your garlic and slice your mushrooms.
On mid-low, add your onions & garlic to a pot, and cook until you smell it.
Add in your mushrooms, salt, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add in your thyme & rosemary, and stir until evenly coated. Add your water & stock cube, and let cook for 5-7 minutes on medium.
Turn your stove down to low, add in your coconut milk & flour & whisk until the flour is completely dissolved.
