Margherita pizza, my friend, is a delightful Italian creation that's a true classic. It's all about simplicity and flavor explosion. Think of a thin, crispy crust topped with tangy tomato sauce, gooey mozzarella cheese, and fragrant basil leaves. One bite and you'll be saying "Ciao Bella!"
Cover your flatbread with 3-4 tbsp or tomato sauce, or until completely covered.
Slice fresh mozzarella and tomatoes into thin slices and add to top of your flatbread.
Add your flatbread to an oven-safe pan and cook for 15 minutes or until your cheese is completely melted and slightly brown.
Remove your flatbread from the oven, and finish with thinly sliced basil.

If you're looking to be extra fancy you can add a sprinkle of romano cheese, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil after your flatbread comes out of the oven.
