  • 1 Bag Carrots - Any Kind
  • 2 TBSP Carrots
  • 2 Garlic Cloves - Minced
  • 1 TBSP Parsley
  • 1 ½ TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ TSP Salt
  • ¼ TSP Pepper

Instructions

  • Preset your oven to 400!! 
  • Begin by peeling your carrots. If you really don't want to, then don't. 
  • In a large bowl combine all your ingredients and stir until completely coated. 
  • Move your carrots to a baking dish & cook for 40 minutes or until cooked through. 
  • Plate, Serve & Enjoy!
