  • 1 Pear
  • 8 slices  Prosciutto
  • 5 cups Arugula
  • 1/3 cup Pistachios
  • 1/2 cup Gorganzola

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • pinch Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix together your ingredients for your dressing and set aside.
  • Slice your pear into thin slices, roughly chop your pistachios, and rip your prosciutto into smaller pieces.
  • Add your salad ingredients to a bowl, and top with your dressing.
