Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Potatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parlsey - Fresh will be better
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Make sure to preheat your oven to 400 degrees F
  • Begin by slicing your potatoes into halves. Mince your garlic and parlsey and set aside.
  • Add your sliced potatoes and the remaining ingredients to a bowl and stir until your potaotes are evenly coated.
  • Place your potatoes on a baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes or until fork tender.
  • Remove from oven, plate and enjoy!!!
