Welcome back to another amateur recipe by a home cook! If I can do it, so can you.

Today, we’re talking about delicious & easy Brussel sprouts done in the air fryer! If you’re looking for a crispy way to cook your Brussel sprouts that are still a healthy option, cooking them in the air fryer is a must-try! This recipe makes the perfect side dish for dinners or to add to stir-fries & salads!
How to Make Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts
Â
Step 1: Begin washing and slicing your Brussel Sprouts’ ends. The first layer of leaves may fall off, and that’s okay!
Â

Â
Step 2: In a steamer- steam your sprouts for 15 minutes. I tried this recipe by putting the Brussel sprouts straight in the air fryer, and it wasn’t good. The sprouts take FOREVER to cook through and end up getting burnt.
Â

Â
Step 3: Once steamed, cut in half and add to a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic pepper. Stir until all your sprouts are evenly coated!
Â

Â
Step 4: Add your sprouts to an air fryer and ensure they do not overlap too much—Cook at 350 for 10 minutes.
Â
Â
OPTIONAL STEPS

Â
Optional Step 5: Smash your cooked sprouts with a fork, and place them back in your air fryer for 5 minutes. This makes them extra crispy, and I highly recommend them!
