Ingredients

Tiramisu Overnight Oats

  • 2 cups Oats - I used quick oats
  • 2 cups Milk - Of some alternative
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2/3 cup Chocolate Protein Powder - I used PEScience Chocolate Truffle
  • 8oz Coffee - About 1 cup (feel free to use decaf or caff)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 6 tbsp Cocoa Powder - I used 22% Cocoa Powder

For Yogurt Topping

  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • splash Vanilla Extract - Like the smallest amount just to give it a slight vanilla taste.

Instructions

  • First things first- gather all your ingredients.
  • Add all your ingredients for your Tiramisu Overnight Oats to a bowl and give it a good stir. No clumps should be left.
  • Add your mixture to 4 separate bowls.
  • In another bowl- add your greek yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla and stir.
  • Add to a piping bag if you want to make it cute with a swirl, or just add a dollop to the top of your overnight oats.
  • Pop in the fridge overnight or up to 10 hours and enjoy!
