Instructions
Prep
Begin by mixing your sauce. Add your minced garlic & ginger, Garlic Chilli Sauce, Brown Sugar and Soy Sauce to a bowl and set aside.
Slice your pork into thinly sliced pieces and your veggies into even bite-sized pieces.
Optional: If you want your pork to be extra tender-mix in a bowl with 1 tsp of cornstarch before cooking.
Cooking
Before starting your stir fry, begin cooking your rice as per packaging instructions.
In a large pan on medium-low add in your olive oil, followed by your pork. Let cook for 3-4 minutes until mostly cook. Remove from your pan and set aside.
In the same pan add in your veggies and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add your pork & sauce to your pan, and let cook for another 3-4 minutes, ensuring your pork is cooked through.
Remove your veggies and pork from your pan-leaving your sauce. Add 1 tsp of cornstarch and whisk until your sauce thickens.
Add your rice and stir fry to a bowl and top with your favourite extras.
