Ingredients
  

  • 4 Slice Crusty Bread
  • 1 burrata ball
  • 2 heirloom tomatoes - or one large
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • handful fresh basil
  • pinch salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Optional: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and cook your garlic in olive oil for 10-15 minutes, or until fork tender. If not rub a raw garlic clove on your toast after it's been toasted.
  • Slice your bread and toast in your toaster.
  • Once toasted, spread your roasted garlic, burrata and top with your slices of tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle salt & pepper and finish with lightly chopped basil.
  • Enjoy!
