1/2 cup Shredded Carrots 1/2 cup Oat Flour 3 tbsp Maple Syrup 1/4 tsp Ginger, Cardeman, and Cinnamon - each 2 tbsp Cashew Butter 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder pinch Nutmeg For "Frosting" 1 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt 1/3 cup Light Cream Cheese 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a bowl mix together all your ingredients, minus the frosting ingredients, and stir.
If your mix is still too wet add in a tbsp of oat flour at a time until it stiffens up (or it doesn't stick to your hands when you roll it.
Take 1 tbsp(ish) of mixture and roll into a ball. You should end up with 9.
