Burrata Appetizer Board

This burrata recipe is ready in less than 15 minutes and the perfect vegetarian option to serve for holidays, family gatherings, or Friday night with the girls!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Burrata Ball
  • 1 Baguette
  • Handful of Basil
  • 1/2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 TSP Chili Flakes
  • 1/4 TSP Salt
  • 1/4 TSP Pepper

Instructions

  • Begin by slicing your baguette into 1-inch pieces
  • Optional step: I toasted my pieces in the toaster; however, you don't have to do this.
  • Cut your tomatoes in half, add to a bowl, and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  • Remove your burrata from the liquid, drizzle with your olive oil & chilli flakes.
  • Plate everything on a charcuterie board, or assemble them yourself, starting with the burrata, and tomatoes and finishing with basil
  • Enjoy!
