Begin by slicing your onion into rings starting at the root.
Get your three bowls of dredge ready with your eggs & milk in one, your flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne in another, and your panko in the last bowl.

Add to your air fryer and lightly coat with olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes at 355 degrees.
Once your timer goes off- flip your rings, reoil, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Plate & enjoy!

Please Note:
Depending on the size of your onion you may need more or less of the breading ingredients.
The cook time for this recipe will also vary depending on the size of your air fryer. For example, I had to do 3 batches of onion rings for my air fryer.
As your air fryer heats up, you may need to lower your temperature for additional batches.
