Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 3 Cups Cornflakes
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 TSP Paprika
  • 1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 TBSP Honey

Instructions

  • Begin by cutting your chicken into pieces.
  • Arrange your three bowls for dredging. First, add your flour, and spices, second your whisked eggs, and third your crushed cornflakes
  • Coat your chicken completely in each of the mixes and add to your air fryer.
  • Lightly coat your chicken in olive oil and cook at 350 degrees for 7 minutes on both sides.
  • Mix buffalo sauce & honey in a bowl and drizzel over chicken tenders. Save some for dipping!
